Rodney Stoudamire is an experienced Outreach Navigator and Workforce Development Coordinator with a heart-centered approach rooted in compassion, dignity, and trust. He is dedicated to meeting individuals and families where they are, listening with empathy, and providing steady guidance through life’s challenges.

My personal experience is deeply rooted in this work, having been free from DOC incarceration for three and a half years, and from the arm of the Department of Corrections for five months. That is after being incarcerated for forty-four consecutive years. I'm currently living reentry, breathing it every day.

Rodney is recognized for creating safe, welcoming environments where people feel respected, understood, and supported while accessing critical resources and navigating complex systems. A devoted family man, he brings strong values of care, responsibility, and integrity to every aspect of his work.

His genuine presence, patience, and unwavering commitment foster hope and stability for those he serves, reflecting his deep belief in the strength of community and the importance of walking alongside others with kindness and purpose.
